Iron Man 3 Trailer

Iron Man 3 Trailer

Iron man is a fictional character invented by marvel  that was made into a movie. So far part 1 and 2 have been released successfully and above is the trailer for part 3. The movie follows a billionaire playboy, industrialist and ingenious engineer, Tony Stark suffers a severe chest injury during a kidnapping in which his captors attempt to force him to build a weapon of mass destruction. He instead creates a powered suit of armor to save his life and escape captivity. He later uses the suit to protect the world as Iron Man. In think the trailer is good because it gives the viewer insight into what will happen in the film through the use of a montage and various fades. The cuts in the trailer are fast paced which implies the movie is going to be action packed and infers the genre of the movie.

Movie review

Review: Why Did I Get Married Too?

It was a romanic comedy that feautured a group of black friends going on a marriage retreat. very funny and i felt i could relate. im not sure why though.

Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married Too? is a sequel, but you don't need to have watched 2007's Why Did I Get Married? to understand what's going on. In fact, you barely need to watch this one to understand what's going on. In accordance with his usual style, Perry spells things out very clearly: This character is Good, that one is bad, these events are Happy, these events are Sad. Picture three weeks of daytime soap opera episodes, crammed into two hours.

180 Degree Rule

The 180-degree rule is a basic guideline regarding the on-screen spatial relationship between a character and another character or object within a scene. An imaginary line called the axis connects the characters and by keeping the camera on one side of this axis for every shot in the scene, the first character will always be frame right of the second character, who is then always frame left of the first. If the camera passes over the axis, it is called jumping the line or crossing the line.

Match On Action Scene

a chase scene freaturing David Belle from the french movie District B13.
Match On Action:  refers to film editing and video editing techniques where the editor cuts from one shot to another view that matches the first shot's action.Although the two shots may have actually been shot hours apart from each other, cutting on action gives the impression of continuous time when watching the edited film. By having a subject begin an action in one shot and carry it through to completion in the next, the editor creates a visual bridge, which distracts the viewer from noticing the cut or noticing any slight continuity error between the two shots.

Match on action is used thorught this scene to showw the man running as fluidly as possible.

Demonstrating Mis En Scene: 3D Program

I used a 3D program in order to create a scene showing mise en scene. My scene is of a graveyard were two people have found treasure. The scene has icons such as, trees and gravestones which sets the scene of  a graveyard. Whilst everything the the scene follows the same color scheme, the treasure box is colourful which makes the treasure box stand out which suggests its importance. The shot is a long shot which allows the audience to view to whole scenery.
Mise en Scene analysis

The woman in the middle is the only character whose facial expression is in focus. As well as this, her presence is also emphasised by the fact her red dress is the only item in the shot in colour. This may highlight her sexualness. The character in the middle is positioned closer to the camera and is the biggest object in the frame and centred in the middle of the frame which draws the audience attention to her and implies she is more important.
